We occasionally offer automated discounts which are automatically applied to your cart at checkout. If this is the case, it will be indicated in the black notification bar at the very top of the website.

All discounts codes are subject to the terms and conditions that accompanied your discount code. Wetsuit products are always excluded from promotions and discount codes.

Orders can be cancelled after an order is placed only during a very short time window until the order is confirmed and processed for shipping. If you recently placed an order and would like to cancel, please submit a request here or send an email to customerservice@oneillcanada.com.

Orders placed before 12pm EST (Monday - Friday) are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm are typically processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on national holidays will be shipped and processed in the morning of the next business day.

After your order has been shipped, you can expect the following delivery timeline depending on your location:

Quebec & Ontario: 1-3 business days
Central Canada: 2-5 business days
Western Canada: 3-7 business days

My order delivery status says delivered but I did not receive any package
If your order status is marked as delivered but you did not receive any package, please take the following steps:
(1) Ask your neighbours if the package was accidentally delivered to them.
(2) Contact the courier service (Canada Post or UPS) and provide them with the tracking number and ask if they have information about the whereabouts of your package.
(3) If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our customer service team by submitting a request here or sending an email to customerservice@oneillcanada.com.

My order delivery status says the package was returned to the sender
If the courier service is unable to locate your address, they will usually return the package to O'Neill. If this occurs, your order will automatically be treated as a return and you will receive a full refund. You will have to place a new order.

O'Neill Canada delivers to any address in Canada. We do not accept orders with a delivery address outside of Canada.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders less than $100, we charge a flat rate of $8.99 plus tax for shipping anywhere in Canada.

If you are exchanging the size or color of a product, the return is 100% free. For regular returns, we must deduct deduct a surcharge of $8.99 plus tax to cover handling and repackaging costs. 

We accept returns and exchanges of undamaged product within 30 days of your order date. For orders made during the holiday season, see "What is O'Neill's holiday season return policy?" below. 

A return or exchange will not be accepted if the original tags are missing.  

We offer an extended return policy for orders made during the peak holiday season. All orders submitted as of November 20 can be returned until January 15th of the following year.

If you are exchanging the size or color of a product, the return shipping is completely free. For regular returns, we must deduct a surcharge of $8.99 plus tax to cover handling and repackaging costs. 

Ordering the same product in two sizes or colors with the intention of returning one of them is not recommended. This will result in a regular return processing fee of $8.99. Instead, simply order a single size that you believe you will fit you best. If the size you ordered is the wrong fit, you can then exchange for a new size and there will be no processing fee. Our customer service team is happy to assist you with specific sizing questions. 

We process refunds to your original purchase method within 1 business day of receiving the product in our warehouse. It may take 3-4 business days for the refund to post to your credit card account.

We apologize if you received a damaged product from us. Please proceed with the return process to receive an exchange or refund. You can start a return by clicking here. On the return form, please select "Parcel or product damaged on arrival" as the reason for the return.

All products purchased from oneillcanada.com come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. In the event of a defect, we will replace the product or issue a refund if we no longer have the product in stock. 

If you received a defective product, please contact our customer service team by submitting a request here or sending an email to customerservice@oneillcanada.com. Make sure to include your order number and pictures of the defect in your correspondence. Damages from normal wear and tear are not eligible for warranty coverage. 

If you did not purchase your product from our online store, you must contact the store where you bought the item. We cannot process warranty claims for any items that were not purchased on oneillcanada.com.

The wetsuit thickness measurements is in millimeters and run from the center of the suit,(your core or abdomen) to you extremities (arms and legs). So, for example, a 3/2MM wetsuit, the core of the wetsuit is 3 Millimeters thick and the legs and arms are 2 Millimeters thick.  

Wetsuits are often categorised by season, because the seasons are directly related to the temperature of the water. But of course, you can also choose the right wetsuit thickness by looking at the water temperature alone. Have a look at the chart below to get an idea of what thickness wetsuit you need at which water temperatures. Please note that this is just a guideline and other factors also play a role.

Care varies by personal preference and different recommendations but the basics are: Rinse with fresh water after every use. Clean with wetsuit shampoo every 3-5 uses for maximum life time. Oil buttons and zippers every few months.

1-Year warranty, if the product is found to be defective under normal use and proper care, O’Neill will repair or replace the product at our sole discretion. The decision to replace or repair a product is made by the O’Neill Warranty Department after receipt of the defective product. At no time does O’Neill offer refunds. Examples of suits that will be rejected for repair
The following suits will be rejected for repair and returned to the customer.
Even if the customer is willing to pay for the repair, we will not accept the suit, as doing so will take away resources from valid repairs, jeopardizing their turnaround time.
Home repairs have been done, including but not limited to:
Re-gluing of seams using Aqua Seal, or like product.
Patching of seams using duct tape, rubber patches, or like product.
Re-sewn seams with sewing machine or by hand using needle and thread.
The suit is clearly worn and should be retired; some symptoms include but are not limited to:
Cracked, dry neoprene
Product has been misused or improperly cared for
Generally, any excessive repairs considering the condition and age of the suit.
